Tom Hardy and Charlotte Riley welcome baby boy. Tom Hardy and Charlotte Riley has reportedly welcomed their second child together.
According to multiple reports, the couple are proud parents of a son named Forrest – a nod to one of Hardy’s favourite films, Forrest Gump.
The Peaky Blinders star and his wife, who starred in TV drama Press, reportedly welcomed their son last month, with the pair keeping the new arrival quiet, only telling close friends and family.
An insider told The Sun: “The couple are over the moon with the new addition to the family. Friends are already saying that the baby boy looks exactly like Tom.”
“They’ve been laying low over the festive period so they can get used to having a busier household and adjusting to the needs of a newborn.”
“They love the name Forrest as it’s earthy and strong. Tom has always found the movie Forrest Gump very inspiring and enjoyable and thinks it fits.”
The couple first met on the set of the 2009 ITV series Wuthering Heights, tying the knot five years later and welcoming their first child in 2015.
