Kim Kardashian and Kanye West expecting baby No.4. The Kardashian clan is about to get bigger, according to reports.

According to Us Weekly, the 38-year-old reality star and her rapper husband – who have five-year-old North, Saint, 3, and 11-month-old Chicago together – are planning to have another child using the same surrogate who carried Chicago and are expecting a boy.

Rumours of the couple’s plan for a fourth child have been spreading for about a year and while the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashian’ star initially shut down those rumours, she later seemed to be more open about expanding her family.

Speaking to E! News in August, she said: “But I’ve been really open about it and talked about it on our show, so…I don’t know. We start filming season 16 next week. So if I think about it more and it’s gonna happen, you’ll definitely see it on the show. But, as of now, no.”

However, she said that if the couple were to expand their family, their fourth child would be their last.

“I don’t think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin. And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids,” she told Elle.

Kim has previously revealed how becoming a mother has changed her outlook on life, saying: “Being a mom just not makes you give a f**k about anything else but what’s immediately going on inside, like in your home, in your family – like all the other stuff kind of fades away.”

“Nothing matters but your family, so I think it really helps you centre and get grounded.”

Even though Kim’s journey to motherhood hasn’t been easy, an insider told E! “Kanye has always wanted a big family” and “they both feel like if it’s meant to be then it’s meant to be.”

A second insider told the publication: “Both Kim and Kanye always agreed on both wanting several kids and a big family. They love having their kids run around and be able to grow up and enjoy each other as siblings. They definitely would want the fourth child to be close in age with the others. Family is very important to them.”
