ASOS lose the rag with Lucy Mecklenburgh. Online fashion retailer, ASOS have clashed with TV reality star and fitness guru, Lucy Mecklenburgh and are refusing to fulfil any further orders from her over a dispute where she claims clothing items she ordered from them went missing and did not arrive at her door.

To add insult to injury, ASOS have also banned Lucy from placing further orders on their on-line fashion store with them also refusing to refund Lucy over her missing order that she claims went a miss.

According to The Sun newspaper, Mecklenburgh took to social media to display her discontent at the service supplied by ASOS including their customer care. Writing on Twitter where she nearly has 1.6 million followers , the 27 year old beauty wrote “So not only did they (ASOS) not deliver an expensive item that was a bday present for my bf, they won’t refund me or ever let me order again. And I’m a VERY regular customer! @ASOS @ASOS_HeretoHelp” She sarcastically added: “Cheers Callum from customer care.”

Mecklenburgh is currently dating, Ryan Thomas who is best known for playing the character of Jason Grimshaw on ITV’s Coronation Street between 2000 until 2016. He later joined Australian soap, Neighbours where he plays the character Rafael Humphreys. Earlier in August of this year, Thomas won series 22 of Celebrity Big Brother.

ASOS seem to be standing their ground on this one and have told poor Lucy that they are acting inside their own terms and conditions. According to Lucy, she used ASOS a lot to order fashion goods on-line from them, but ASOS seem adamant that they have acted inside their owns terms and that Lucy will have to follow their complaint procedures now if she is unhappy with her order. Begs the question, what happened to the customer being right!
